Approach
Stores now sell to people and agents, but most aren’t set up well for either. I built a platform that helps stores work for both.
Humans
About 98% of store visits end without a sale, and clunky experiences drive shoppers away. Humans are still core to ecommerce, so sites need to keep optimizing for them.
Agents
Agent traffic grew nearly 5x this year, yet most stores lack the infra to support it.
UX Guidelines
I started with research-based guidelines that turn ecommerce best practices into standards teams can apply across every step of the shopping experience.
Research
Built from secondary research, the guidelines are organized into short, easy-to-scan sections that apply to any ecommerce vertical.
Foundation
These guidelines are the foundation that powers the rest of the product features.
Users have also used our guideline database as the source of truth for their own agent harnesses.
Site Scanner
Using our research as a benchmark, our site scanners shows merchants what issues shoppers face at each stage of their ecommerce site.
Analysis
Our scanning agent crawls your site, assesses its flows and implementation, and compares the results against our database of standards.
Output
After the scan, merchants see likely user issues, what’s already in place, and recommended fixes.
