For the past several years, I've specialized in ecommerce, designing experiences that move customers from browsing to buying. In that time I've had the opportunity to work with amazingly talented product, technology, design and marketing teams tackling challenging problems.
Recently, I founded The Ecommerce Standards Company as a way of pushing the limits of AI and ecommerce.
